  I bought some drinks today at Point Cook Dan Murphy's and when I went to make the payment the eftpos machine only showed an option of paying by savings or cheque account. I asked the person on the checkout that I wanted to pay by credit and it won't give me the option. He said your card is only showing savings or cheque and I was like but it's a credit card. He goes to me in a very sarcastic tone "and I don't doubt it's a credit card, but you can't use your credit". He made me sound like and idiot and since there were people waiting behind me I just went ahead and paid by my savings account. Later he hands over $80 cash to me and goes he doesn't know why it would give me a cash back. I checked the receipt and noticed he had punched in cashout of $80 along with my bill of $304.18. Hence I couldn't use credit. So, it was his mistake and he made me sound like an idiot and spoke to me in a very condescending tone. This even lead to my account getting overdrawn, which has annoyed me even more. Can you please teach your staff how to use eftpos before you actually put them on the check out?
